Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Committee is active in maintaining compliance to the rules to insure the neighborhood protects its standards for the good of all the homeowners. The committee is fair and practical in the enforcement of the Covenants.

Before any homeowner decides to make any architectural changes, additions or add fences etc, they are to submit plans to the committee for approval. The committee will respond within thirty days with an approval or rejection.

Welcoming and Hospitality Committee

The Welcoming and Hospitality Committee functions were expanded on April 14, 2007 to include two committee members and thirty-four block captains. The fourty-four block captains represent the various streets within the neighborhood. The committee has four planned events per year with monthly coffees for member residents.
